Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on publishing packages and marketing services provided by Limitless Narrative (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A. Refund Policy for Publishing Packages

A1. Before Manuscript Submission*

  • 0–30 calendar days after purchase: 100% refund of the total purchase price, less $300 or 20% of the total purchase price (Administrative/Processing Fee), whichever is higher.

  • 30–60 calendar days after purchase: 50% refund of the total purchase price.

  • More than 60 calendar days after purchase: No refund will be issued.

A2. After Manuscript Submission but Before Final Approval*

  • After manuscript submission but before work begins: 25% refund of the total purchase price.

  • After work has begun but before final approval: 10% refund of the total purchase price.

A3. After Final Approval by the Author

  • No refund will be issued after final approval of the work.

Manuscript Submission is defined as the point when the author submits any text, images, or multimedia content (via mail or electronically) to Limitless Narrative for publication.
 Manuscript refers to any text, images, or multimedia content intended for publication.

B. Refund Policy for Marketing Services

B1. Before Fulfillment of Marketing Services

  • 0–30 calendar days after purchase: 100% refund of the purchase price, less $300 or 20% of the total purchase price (Administrative/Processing Fee), whichever is higher.

  • 30–60 calendar days after purchase: 50% refund of the total purchase price.

  • More than 60 calendar days after purchase: No refund will be issued.

B2. After Fulfillment of Marketing Services Has Started

  • No refund will be issued once fulfillment of marketing services has begun.

C. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Book Reviews

  • Book Fair Services (including Book Fair Magazine)

  • Video Marketing

  • Audiobooks

  • Websites

  • Additional Book Copies

  • Screenplay Services

Installment Processing Fees are also non-refundable for purchases made under payment plans.

The author acknowledges that fees for services listed in Section C are non-refundable due to collaboration with third-party vendors. Once an agreement is signed and the service has commenced, no refunds will be provided.
